Team LP Construction is a quality LA based contractor serving the greater LA area specializing in new construction, custom home builds, and residential renovations. 

Team LP President Lonny Pasillas started working construction as a laborer for his uncle at Bailly Development at age 16. He eventually worked his way up to carpentry and learned the essential principles and techniques of homebuilding. He lived and loved the craft, deciding within the first year that it was the career meant for him. 

Still going strong thirty five years later, Lonny has put together a team of builders who really care. You can trust him to walk you through the construction process, or put your vision in his hands to make your dream project a beautiful reality.
